Counselling Explained
What is Counselling?

Counselling is a process that allows you to talk about your situation and any issues you may have in a non-judgemental way. It is a confidential and safe environment.

Counselling is a collaborative process where the client and counsellor work together to aid understanding of the issues the client is facing, and look at ways of coping.
